Annual Games Meet-2024-25

The Annual Games Meet 2024-25, organized by Yenepoya Naturopathy and Yogic Science College and Hospital, was held from 22nd to 24th January 2025 at the Yendurance Indoor Stadium, with events running from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The grand inaugural program took place on 22nd January at 10:00 AM, graced by the presence of Mr. Sujith K V, Physical Education Director, Yenepoya (Deemed to be University), as the Chief Guest, and Dr. Puneeth Raghavendra K R, Principal, YNYSCH, as the President of the event. The program was skillfully coordinated by Mr. Ajith K, Sports Coordinator, and hosted by Ms. Shaizana Shiek.

The event commenced with a March Past, followed by an inspiring Welcome Address by Mr. Ajith K, emphasizing the importance of sports in building teamwork and discipline. The Chief Guest, Mr. Sujith K V, highlighted the importance of physical fitness and mental resilience through active participation in sports. Dr. Puneeth Raghavendra K R, in his presidential address, expressed pride in the enthusiasm shown by the students and congratulated the organizing team for their excellent efforts.

The Annual Games Meet featured a wide array of sports events, including Volleyball, Throwball, Shuttle Badminton, Chess, Carrom, Kabaddi, Basketball, and Football. Students participated with great enthusiasm, showcasing their athletic skills, sportsmanship, and teamwork.

The sports meet provided an excellent platform for students to display their talents, build camaraderie, and enhance their physical and mental well-being. The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks and the National Anthem, with valuable support from officials of Mangalore University.
